Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

1.1 The following terms and conditions of the proposed are applicable to the agreement between Jumble Events and Decor members and Jumble Events and Decor platform. By using our service, it indicates that you accept the following terms and conditions. If you don't accept all the terms and conditions or have any questions about the agreement, you should consult us.

1.2 This agreement includes all the text and Jumble Events and Decor has issued or may release all kinds of rules in the future. All rules are an integral part of this agreement, and the agreement body has the same legal effect. In addition to the clear statement separately, any Jumble Events and Decor platform service and associated services provided by the company shall be bound by this agreement.
1.3 This agreement's terms and conditions have no termination date; as long as you use Jumble Events and Decor platform service, this agreement will constrain you and is always valid. Then you can't claim this agreement is invalid or request to cancel this agreement for not reading the contents of this agreement or not getting Jumble Events and Decor answers to your inquiries.

1.4 Jumble Events and Decor shall have the right to change, upgrade, modify, limit, or suspend a service or its related features; please focus on platform announcements on its own, without prior notice. Jumble Events and Decor shall have the right to further introduce new features and applications or other services. All the new features, functions, applications, conditions, modifications, upgrades, and changes are used in this agreement unless otherwise specified.
1.5 Jumble Events and Decor sets all agreements, terms, and utility of the treaties or other legal documents in Rwanda, which shall be governed by the law.

2. Registered

2.1 Users must be at least 18 years of age, having the legal capacity of the corresponding rights and capacity of natural persons, legal persons, or other organizations, independently bearing legal responsibility. When you complete the registration process or pass the consent of the other Jumble Events and Decor platform method in actual use of this platform service, namely as you confirm you have legal subject qualification and can independently bear legal responsibility. All responsibility will be borne by you and your guardian if, because you have no legal qualification, it causes losses.
2.2 Users should provide honest information to Jumble Events and Decor; the user agrees to provide the registered information as true, accurate, complete, legal, and effective, and of any change of user registration information, should timely update the registered information. If the user provides registration information that is illegal, untrue, inaccurate, or not exhaustive, users must bear the corresponding responsibility and consequences, and Jumble Events and Decor reserves the right to terminate the user’s use of this platform's services.
2.3 When you register successfully, you become a member of the Jumble Events and Decor platform; you will hold Jumble Events and Decor platform member number, name, password, and other account information; you can change your password according to the regulations of this site.
2.4 Your membership information shall not infringe or alleged infringe others' legitimate rights and interests. Otherwise, Jumble Events and Decor shall have the right to terminate providing you with Jumble Events and Decor platform service and cancel your account.
2.5 You should carefully and reasonably store and use your member name and password, dealing with your member name and password responsibly. Unless there is a law or judicial decision and with the permission of the Jumble Events and Decor platform, otherwise, the member name and password cannot be transferred, gifted, or inherited in any manner (except property rights related to the account).
2.6 Users cannot lend their registered account on this website to others; otherwise, the user shall bear the responsibility resulting from this, and are jointly and severally liable with the actual user.

3. The service

3.1 Free services offered have no deadline unless terminated according to the provisions of this agreement.
3.2 For members of different countries or regions, incentives, features, and functions may be different. If there is no guarantee or representation considering the specific feature or function, it is applicable to all the members.
3.3 Users on this site browsing, ordering, or engaging in activities such as shopping, sharing, and printing involve the user's real name/contact name, address, telephone, email, and other private information; this site will keep this information strictly confidential. Unless authorized by users or otherwise provided by law, this website will not disclose users' privacy information to the outside world.
3.4 If you find any illegal use that may endanger the safety of your account, you must immediately notify Jumble Events and Decor in a useful way to suspend relevant services and report to the public security organ. Please understand that Jumble Events and Decor requires reasonable time to act on your request; Jumble Events and Decor will not take responsibility before taking action (including but not limited to any loss you may incur).

4. Authorization

4.1 For your convenience in using Jumble Events and Decor platform service and Jumble Events and Decor associated companies or other organizations (hereinafter referred to as "other services"), you agree and authorize Jumble Events and Decor to put you in the process of registration, using Jumble Events and Decor platform service provided, the formation of information to provide you with other services from Jumble Events and Decor associated companies or other organizations, or to get you to provide during registration, using other services, the formation of the information from other services of Jumble Events and Decor associated companies or other organizations.
4.2 You agree to Jumble Events and Decor's reasonable use of user information.
4.3 You agree that Jumble Events and Decor can email, text message, telephone, and other forms to send order information, such as promotional information, to users who register on this site.
4.4 You understand and accept that Jumble Events and Decor shall have the right to respond to the requirements of national judicial, administrative, and other departments, to provide you with Jumble Events and Decor platform filled out registration information and transaction records and other necessary information. If you are suspected of infringing others' intellectual property rights, Jumble Events and Decor shall have the right to make a preliminary judgment of the presence of suspected infringement and provide your identity information to the holder.
4.5 Users agree that Jumble Events and Decor can log on to enter the registered account user via the user registration information, including but not limited to, notarization, witness, etc.

5. Use standard

Using Jumble Events and Decor platform service registration, members can release their purchase transactions, query information and goods services, deal intention, and trading, evaluate other members, participate in activities, print sharing, and use of information service and other technical services. But in using Jumble Events and Decor service process, you must agree to strictly abide by the following obligations:
5.1 You cannot publish, transfer, or damage any state laws and regulations, social, and information involving national security or public interests;
5.2 Do not use this site to engage in commercial secrets, steal personal information, and other illegal and criminal activities;
5.3 Do not take improper actions that disrupt the normal order of online transactions.
5.4 Don't release any infringement of copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights of content.
5.5 Don't evaluate other members in an imaginary or distorted way; don't cheat other members, and don't release libel, threat, or harassment content information.
5.6 Don't release any pornography that may be harmful to minors.
5.7 Don't release discriminatory information on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
5.8 Do not upload, post, or share anything that interrupts, destroys, or limits the function of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment, including computer viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs.
5.9 No data from the Jumble Events and Decor platform can be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to any way such as copying, distributing data from Jumble Events and Decor platform without the prior written consent of Jumble Events and Decor. Do not use any device, software, or program to intervene in the normal operation of Jumble Events and Decor platform.
5.10 This site has the right to delete content that does not conform to the legal policy or untrue information without informing the user.
5.11 If you do not comply with the above provisions, you agree that the site has the right to make an independent judgment and to suspend or close the user account, orders, and other measures.
5.12 Jumble Events and Decor shall have the right on the platform to publicize your alleged violation or breach of contract and the measures taken by Jumble Events and Decor against you, if confirmed by the administrative and judicial organs of Rwanda with effective legal documents that you have acted illegally or tortiously, or Jumble Events and Decor, according to their judgment, thinks your behavior suspected violation of the provisions of this agreement and/or rules or suspected violation of the provisions of the laws and regulations.
5.13 If you release on Jumble Events and Decor platform any alleged illegal or infringement of other legal rights or breach of this agreement and/or the rules, Jumble Events and Decor shall have the right to delete your information without further notice and punish you in accordance with the provisions of the rules.
5.14 For your actions on the Jumble Events and Decor platform, including actions not implemented on the Jumble Events and Decor platform but that have an impact on the Jumble Events and Decor platform and user behavior, Jumble Events and Decor shall have the right to unilaterally decide whether your behavior and properties constitute a violation of this agreement and/or rules, and suspend or close the user account and take other measures.
5.15 For alleged violations of promises that damage any third party, you shall independently bear all the legal responsibilities in your own name and shall ensure that Jumble Events and Decor is not harmed from the resulting loss or increased costs.
5.16 If you are suspected of violating the law or the provisions of this agreement, causing Jumble Events and Decor any loss, or claims from any third party, or being disciplined by any administrative department, you shall compensate Jumble Events and Decor for any losses and/or expenses incurred, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

6. Transactions between buyers and suppliers

6.1 In this shopping website platform, users should carefully confirm the name of the purchased goods, price, quantity, type, specification, size, etc. When you place an order, please complete your desired purchase quantity, price, payment, consignee, contact information, shipping address, etc. If the registration information you provide is not legitimate, untrue, inaccurate, or not exhaustive, users must bear the corresponding responsibility and consequences, and Jumble Events and Decor reserves the right to terminate the user's use of Jumble Events and Decor services.
6.2 The system generates the order information as the computer information system automatically produces data based on your input; it is only the contract offer you sent to shop merchants. The store business, after receiving your order information, will send the goods from the warehouse marked as commodity outbound, thus establishing the actual commodity contract relationship between you and the merchants' shop. If an order includes a variety of goods and the shop merchants only send part of the goods to you, only the goods sent to you from the merchants' shop establish the contract relationship.
6.3 You understand and agree that if you buy goods, you have the right to cancel the order when items are out of stock. This platform does not guarantee that the order information you submit for purchasing goods will be available.
6.4 Jumble Events and Decor associated company or shop merchants will send the goods to your specified shipping address. You understand that the platform's prompt delivery time is for reference, and the actual delivery may slightly differ from the reference time. Platform managers and owners or their associates shall not be liable for failure to deliver or delay in delivery due to consignee reasons. For delivery-failed orders, Jumble Events and Decor will save them for 30 days. If orders remain unclaimed after 30 days, Jumble Events and Decor has the right to dispose of these orders. In case of force majeure or other justified reasons leading to delivery delay, you will be expected to understand.

7. Limitation and liability

7.1 This platform, as you know, serves as a consultation, negotiation, and trading place; due to the virtual nature of the Internet, Jumble Events and Decor finds it difficult to validate user information online. Unless expressly written instructions are provided, this platform does not store information published on this platform, content, materials, products, and services and has no obligations concerning the trading performance ability to make any form of guarantee, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations. So we prompt you: you should be careful to judge and determine the authenticity, legitimacy, and effectiveness of the relevant goods and/or information.
7.2 When Jumble Events and Decor receives your complaints, notices, or has reasonable reasons to believe that a particular member and specific transaction may involve significant illegal acts or defaults, Jumble Events and Decor may take corresponding measures according to the contract or according to the law.
7.3 You understand and accept that Jumble Events and Decor shall not bear liability for compensation for any damage caused by any of the following situations, including but not limited to losses in profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses:
7.3.1 Third-party use of your account or change of your data without our consent.
7.3.2 Your misunderstanding of Jumble Events and Decor platform service.
7.3.3 Any other loss associated with Jumble Events and Decor platform service, rather than caused by Jumble Events and Decor.
7.4 Jumble Events and Decor is not liable, due to the legal provisions of force majeure, normal maintenance of information network equipment, information network connection failure, computer, communications, or other system failures, power failures, labor disputes, insufficient productivity and production data, commands from judicial administrative organs, or other causes beyond Jumble Events and Decor's control that prevent or delay the platform from serving, or loss of data information and records, but Jumble Events and Decor will assist in dealing with related matters.

Property rights

8.1 Jumble Events and Decor is the sole owner of all rights or legal licensee allowing the provision of services. The service reflects the commercial secrets and intellectual property rights protected globally by copyright and other laws. All title, ownership, and intellectual property of services belong to Jumble Events and Decor or its affiliates. All rights under this agreement are reserved by Jumble Events and Decor.  

8.2 Jumble Events and Decor and related sets of ICONS, the registered trademark belong to Jumble Events and Decor and are applicable to copyright, trademark, and other exclusive rights protection under the law. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, use, of these marks is strictly prohibited.  
8.3 This agreement is governed by the laws of Rwanda.
